As a result of our affiliations and bulk buying, we guarantee that we can provide you with the best product at the lowest prices - if you find a lower price product, we will provide you with a similar product at the same, or lower, price! Simply contact us with details.

We work hard to bring you high quality products, at a good value, and backed up with first class customer service. Occasionally, we fail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unopened/undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping charges (see "RETURNS" below).

Returns
You may return any unopened/undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase by following two easy steps:
1. Contact Customer Service at service@xylitol.com.au to obtain a return authorisation number (RA).
2. Ship the unopened, undamaged goods back to us making sure that the RA number is visible on the shipping label.

All returned goods must be unopened in new condition in original packaging. Upon receipt of the merchandise in good condition, we will issue a full refund excluding shipping costs. If the return is the result of an error on our part, we will also refund the shipping cost.

We cannot accept:
1. Items returned more than 30 days from the invoice date.
2. Items returned without a return authorisation (RA) number.
3. Items that arrive opened or damaged or without their original packaging.
4. Items returned COD
