Nutritionist Karen Edwards (Ph.D in Holistic Nutrition), has compiled over 80 delicious recipes in this hard cover book for everybody's favorite desserts. Biscuits, pies, cakes, frostings, ice cream, drinks, breads and muffins have been adapted using xylitol and other natural ingredients for healthier cooking.
