Almond Cookies Recipe

Ingredients: 1 200g packet Almond Meal 1 small packet of almond slivers or other chopped nuts (eg macadamia) 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (optional) 2 egg whites (or equivalent powdered egg white mixed with water) 2 tablespoons xylitol (or more if required)
Method: Soften butter and mix with dry ingredients Add egg white Scoop small amounts onto a greased tray and flatten with a fork Bake in a hot oven until slightly brown
