Banana Crepes Recipe

Ingredients: 80g plain flour 3 teaspoons Naturally Sweet xylitol 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup skim milk 4 small to medium sliced bananas 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Method: Combine the flour, xylitol, eggs & milk. Heat a large non-stick fry pan. Pour 1/4 of the mixture into the pan & cook until browned. Turn & cook the other side. Repeat, making 4 crepes. Arrange on a plate, put the banana on top of each one & drizzle with maple syrup.
